Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be shipped with USPS. The United States Post Office will be the carrier to deliver your package.
  • Please double-check that your shipping information is correct during checkout. We are only able to update the address if it has not shipped yet.
  • Once shipped, an order’s tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace stolen packages.
  • We email all shipping notifications to the email you provide us with during checkout, so please ensure there are no typos in the email address during checkout.
  • All orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days. We do not ship on weekend or holidays.

If You Are Experiencing Issues

  • IMPORTANT: Please double check your addresses – especially your shipping address – before placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change it.
  • Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred during transit. If your order was damaged during transit, please initiate a return on our Return Policy page.
  • We strive to make our customer experience smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your purchase. If it were possible to personally deliver each order to our customers, we would do so! Once the package leave our hands we, unfortunately, have little control over how the carrier cares for it on its way to you. Thank you for your understanding!

If You Believe Your Package Has Been Lost

  • We are seeing an uptick in USPS carriers scanning in packages before they actually arrive at your door. Please allow 5 business days before contacting us for a replacement to be sent. If your still have not received your package after 5 business days of it being shown delivered, please contact us.
